At MOUSM, we take pride in delivering handcrafted, high-quality equestrian tack and leather products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy ensures a smooth process.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only to items purchased directly from mousm.com.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale promotions.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund, please contact us at sales@mousm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the given time, please first check your bank account or payment provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at sales@mousm.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please contact us directly.
